Now Accepting Applications for 2026 NWMT Fair & Rodeo Food Vendors
The NWMT Fair & Rodeo is now accepting applications for potential new food vendors for the 2026 fair.
Each year, over 80,000 guests pass through our gates during fair week, and we are looking for established food vendors with experience serving high-quality food in a high-volume setting.
We are especially interested in fun, unique food vendors that will appeal to our guests and help create an exciting and memorable fair experience.
Vendor Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be an established food vendor
- Have experience serving quality food in a high-volume environment
- Offer a unique and appealing menu
Selection Process
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- Menu and food concept
- Vendor experience
- Overall fit within the NWMT Fair
New vendors are selected by a review panel through a blind evaluation process, meaning the panel will not see the name of the business or personal identifying information when reviewing applications to ensure a fair and unbiased selection.

Applications for new food vendors can be found on the Flathead County Fairgrounds website.
Applications Open: Monday, March 9
Applications Close: Friday, March 20
Completed applications must be emailed or returned in person.
