2026 Northwest Montana Fair Book
ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING JULY 1ST FOR 2026 FAIR COMPETITIONS
The 2026 Northwest Montana Fair & Rodeo is August 12-16 at the Flathead County Fairgrounds.
Exhibitors can view a digital version of the fair book below and click on the entry button to enter competitions. The book contains information about rules, premiums and more.
All registrations must be received by 4:30 p.m. on August 1, with the following exceptions: Registrations for the Agriculture/Horticulture competitions must be received by 4:30 p.m. on August 9. Registrations for the Dahlias/Gladiolus and Floriculture competitions are not done online in advance; however, entries must arrive the day prior to judging. If you are not creating any online entries in other departments and only entering dahlias/glads/other flowers, please send an email to nwmtfair@flatheadcounty.gov containing your name and telephone number.
For Floriculture entries, please download Floriculture Tags to print and fill out a tag to bring with each entry (not needed for dahlias/glads).
A self-service computer station is available in the Fair Office on the south end of the Grandstands building from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday for those needing assistance with their entries. Fair staff will be available to help during office hours.
